Hello there Gaming/FacePunch Community

I wanted to share with you my new project Omtasia (yes i know we may change the name), I currently have 2 of my closest friends helping me code this project. I am the Owner/main coder, One friend is the Sprite designer and the other helps collect ideas to be put into the game and does some coding.

I currently have the Window finished ( i started today ) and i am still kind of unsure if my game would catch peoples eye.
For one thing it is a Randomly Generated block game like Minecraft, Problem is Everytime people hear Random generated block game they say "Hey your ripping off minecraft".
Thats where people are wrong in fact Notch took the idea from another game.

I simply wanted to make a good survival game i am going to make all my own blocks and materials because it is a Foreign Planet and my game huds will be so much different.
I am also thinking about making the game 2d like terraria.

PLEASE PLEASE COMMENT, I do not want to make a game that looks like i copied MC or Terraria, please give ideas!!!

OH HEY I GOTTA IDEA THIS IS FUCKING ORIGINAL! Minecraft was not the first voxel based game. Infini Miner. My game is nothing like minecraft!

preemptively mentioning the fact that your game isn't ripping off another existing game that uses similar techniques is just setting yourself up to be ripped to pieces, on that note i would be quite interested in a more detailed manifesto on what you plan to achieve with this game.

After a bit more of a succinct description i would be able to contribute some ideas to further the development no problem.
