OK, fist thing i gotta say is just because a site has irrelevant data to their site title and apparent purpose does not make them a site composed by pedophiles.
Second, the coincidence that the URL is www.pedo.com also supports nothing.
It is most likely a coincidence.


What it probably is is a government undercover site used to mark IP adresses, check relevance with internet users.
Also, PEDO probably stands for something else, probably a government term acronym.

Actually I used my software to do that. You could also use a whois and locate it based on IP ranges. This represents the location of the internet service provider. The actual server could be anywhere in that ISP's service area.

Sounds odd. Chances are it's either an IP harvester, or a coverup site that can only be accessed via a certain port, subdomain, or directory. A lot of illegal sites operate in this fashion - some even go through proxies - so it's possible this San-Hose ISP is just the ISP for a proxy computer the site is going through.
