Remenber that the fixed version is the one of page 10 , not the 0.33 . It would have posted it to first page but garrysmod.org is down.

I used the SVN on the first page to get it. I noticed humans appear as errors, but that was quickly fixed in the player_events file to the new location of the male02 player model since the big gmod update. And also is it possible to use Zombie Survival maps and have text files to set where to spawn all the things required by the gamemode
Edit: Oh and can I expect a 0.36? :excited:
Edit: the scoreboard is stuffed in 0.33 so put the 0.32 one back unless its some kind of new scoreboard? and 0.5!!!! When is it out? :foxnews:

I think it's possible to make a setting files for zs map but these kind of map are too small for parasite.TErMinEiGht posted:

I'm assuming that was meant to be the link to Parasite0.35_test_2? anyways thanks for the reply and I don't think the Zombie Survival maps are too small, well some are but most are fun. Actually I think the parasite maps are too big but I am talking about playing with only 10 to 15 players.

I think a good idea would be to make the person who is an alien have a different colored blood when hit. That way people would have a way of telling who the alien is. Like when someone shoots your player and blood comes out but your not hurt, something like that.

There is now a framerate problem with para_spaceship. Someone needs to add portals at each doors. Maybe the ent_fog is'nt working with this version of gmod.
All my view windows are black in hammer , how do I fix this ?

I hate that no one plays this. In my opinion this is one of the most Epic gamemodes made, better then ZS where it's just an exercise in patience (Zombies) or blowing people's heads off and camping (Human).
I remember a time where it was a show down between me (Human), the android, and the alien, who had convinced the Robot he wasn't an alien. We had a debate for about 3 minutes just standing there because I knew I'd get shot before I could take out the alien and that while the robot was shotting me the alien would kill the robot and win. It ended when the alien morphed and killed both the robot and me in about 2 seconds. The 'bot never figured it out.

Now the most played map has been fixed up, I've started a parasite server. It's using version 0.35test2, and cycles between para_spaceship_v7_bis and para_hastur_v2, though if hastur turns out to be laggy like spaceship was it'll need editing too.
My server should stay online 24/6 - I take the server offline on Sundays for a few hours to perform the usual maintenance, such as scandisk/defrag, virus/spyware scans and temporary files cleanup.

Actually, this idea appeared long before warcraft 3, it's quite a classic.
Are there any servers running this? I can't find it and I really want to play.

Not to sound rude and nothing against this game mode great to see it again. This was from Warcraft3 and maybe even Starcraft. Not an original idea I like that you put needs in here though that's original.

Sadly, There is something wrong with my dedicated server. :( I don't know what it is or how to get it working. So the only way i can host is through a Listen server.

Got the server working :) For some reason the srcds didn't work for me so i downloaded armpits dedicated server. this worked and i'll be hosting a parasite server soon.
