TortoiseSVN works perfectly in Vista. Actually it works in x86 and x64.

SVN doesn't have any problems with vista.

Regardless the download count shows that this kind of uploading helps people.

No, but people are idiots who can't setup a simple svn checkout.

Last time I checked, TortoiseSVN said that it might not be Vista compatible, and I downlaoded it myself. Didn't work. It installed alright, but it didn't do what it said it did. No SVN specific commands in the right click menu... etc.

Then you did something wrong.

I can't think what I could have done wrong! I just let the installer run into a default directory. I did the very same thing with my XP installation and it worked fine!

None of the downloads work for me... I've tried downloading all three of them but it just brings me to a page that's blank, then nothing else happens.

Garrysmod.org must have been down, try again later.

Could always use SmartSVN. It's a more complex program but I like how it keeps everything as projects. Very useful if you are keeping up with wire, hydrogen, and oil svn.

Thank goodness! SVN now gives me this message:
Can't connect to host "wiremod.com": No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. It's only for wiremod though, the other SVNs I have don't give me that error.

I don't think you should bother deleting it from garrysmod.org, its useful to many, and it's just effort to take it off anyway. :P

Don't know why, but my link was taken down after it had been reported.

The SVN should hopefully soon be back online though, so I will not upload it again, unless it is highly requested.

What the hell are you getting at? I have Vista, Xp, Mac, and Linux I can get Tortoise to work on them all. Of course the way it works on Vista and XP are exactly the same, maybe your just lazy?

Anyway this thread isn't necessary. If you can't figure out how to get wiremod the right way then you shouldn't use it. It'd be too much for such a moron. All the chips, values and mathematical cool stuff is too much for you if you can't even figure out SVN. Plus your stealing. Even though the Wiremod has a cheap license, can that not rule this out as warez? Just wondering. I hope so cause the mass amounts of wiremod updates being uploaded unofficially to Garrysmod.org is crowding up the place along with all the other Minge content.

The SVN for wire is, for some reason unreliable now. Chances are the update was gotten before it goes down.

But,those who cannot figure out SVN should not be using wire, I just use this to get a update when the SVN is down.
