I think yours is alot better than Teta's. Maybe you should make the fire effect last longer, like a real nuke would.
The Nuke doesn't appear in the weapons tab, where is it?

How long did this take you and how easy is the code to play with?
I know with about 2 hours of work I was able to cross bread TB's nuke with a cluster bomb and nuke detonation pack, miniaturize the nukes, turn them red, slow the blast wave, intensify the smoke, remove the ability to break welds (helped fight lag when 20 some bombs detonate at once over a large area) added physics props to the falling nukes and turn them all into cacti.
...also a little extra code adaption will make anything hit by the nuke turn into a cacti, which screws over any vehicle or player.
...is the same amount of play possible with your code?

It's caused because of the bugged ents.FindInSphere function.
Put this script in your garrysmod/lua/autorun/server folder to fix it:
