This is a life support storage cache unlike any other. It comes filled up with an infinite amount of these resources

Version 1.0.2: Fixed a bug where you had to have CDS installed for this to work.

You can hook a million things to it and it will still be going strong. I mainly used this for testing purposes but I'm sure someone will find it useful.

Actually it doesn't necessarily defeat the purpose: It could make this "base where you could come and refill your ships. On a ship however yes it would defeat the purpose.

    Otherwise very cool.

Awesome, Now all we need is for it to be destroyable and a bunch of resource powered turrets, Then we make a base and defend the core!..etc..

Or just like a real black hole, let it have a lot of gravity?
Then ships wil be sucked in.
So you can pick a option :
A : I wil stay away from the black hole
B : I wil risk my Ship/Station/Build for the resources

Make it have no gravity, but a weight relative to the resources you put in - so a ship could never carry a blackhole with, say, 1000000 resources in without serious issues.

Agreed, if you are going to make something with the name of black hole, make it have similar propities to one.

I find this very useful for examining my ships before I Dup them and take them to a spacebuild server.
At least I will know how the ship will survive out there.

If you want to hear true thing black hole is so big that you can fill it with what you want and it will still be empty .

Maybe make it so that the Cache exerts an extremely strong pull on anything nearby if it is damaged, so if the enemy manages to hit it, the vehicle gets crunched?

Actually it should be a white hole because a black hole just destroys everything completely that it sucks in (even light) and it could never have any output.

Wrong, the actual black hole is to small to see. And like I said, it destroys it, it doesn't store it.

It should be made very hard to find/see and have a small warp effect

edit: Why don't you make it a ball of "neutronium" (the substance that neutron stars are made of) which is super dense. There would be no question about the extraction of the resources, link to info.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neutron_stars

I feel like such an ass after all that

Lol, you use the weight tool...

    Clicks on weight tool. *Beep!*

    Moves cursor to black hole.

    "Weight=..."

    Game crashes.

Huh, whenever I spawn it, I get the same errors as stylee32, I can't see the actual cache itself, but I can see it's shadow. The physics gun can't touch it, either.

You have the problem where the resource distribution mod makes it's props invisible. Try checking the thread for it.

Alxnotorious that fix isn't for LS2/RD2. That's a old fix for Lifesupport 1.8
