Then take each file out of the ZIP like lua and models and such, drop them all In this folder.

I don't suggest converting those to gmod as they are usually around 15,000+ polys and having 3 or 4 on the screen at one time is going to cause issues. That and many of the creators specifically state in readme's not to convert, modify or manipulate them in any way.

@LSK. The GTO and CTS can be fixed in a matter of 10 seconds. Literally. The digger and monster cuda are the only 2 vehicles that will crash due to model problems. The first person views can also be fixed in a matter of minutes. I fixed mine in about 15 minutes.

Wow you spoiled my fun, that makes me depressed. what if I convert some lower quality ones?
You know what I don't Give a shit what you say I still want to do It regardless If it slows shitty computers down, My computer Is fast and has a great video card, so I don't see a problem on my end. If dumb people with computers that can barely play Hl2 by it self, I don't see why it should concern me.

Actually to I have read all of the read me's and none say anything along those lines so I think I am safe, Besides Why wouldn't I give credit to were credit is due. I'm not like some people who will take people's work and redistribute it with my name.( Not saying You did just Making a point ) oh and by the way, Get that Rp_Evocity 2 done! I Would like to see that.

I thought the view position was a problem with code not the actual vehicles, I figured garry would fix it somewhere along the line. Oh and I'm no expert with models but I could probably fix the vehicles if I knew the problem, would you mind pointing them out to me please? Plus you can expect a view fix within the next update.

You can fix the vehicle views with r_vehicleviewdampen 1, but it'll make the views lag like they did before the update.

No release until it is done (aka never).
That entity has never worked. Team GabeN have it going in their HL2. I might ask them if I can steal their source code and put it in a mod.

can someone rig the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution prop that you have in there because it looks so sweet i don't care if the drive is not in the seat or if it handles badly i just want it driveable can someone do that :? please :)

Yes, so long as you or whoever is doing the job has the necessary converters you could in theory take absolutely any model and convert it.

Nice! It isn't having and conflicts with my mod either! Wanna help me out with a few things since you really know what you're doing? I'd really appreciate another hand here, maybe we could make a car from scratch?

I just got garrys mod back after losing it for two years i forgot how to install these addons i put it in the addon folder and nothing happened none of the vehichles are in the menu

That sounds like a great idea, but I need a rest, I was up til 4AM last night finishing the pack and uploading so I'm going to take a few days off movie making and addon creation and just chillax for a while

I was wondering since the addon is always under some sort of construction, if it will use SVN in the near future?

On the user end it is easy to just update and you don't have to worry about always checking for something new.

On client side I can't say, but I think it is easy. I never used SVN but I will should if I need to.

It's a known issue, half of the cars are still broken. You will have to wait for a patch like the rest of us.

Since LSK is very slow I decided to release my update to the pack. Just extract it to your vehicle pack folder. Let it overwrite the files.

Update includes;
-New sounds(Diprip).
-Fixed vehicle scripts with fixed steering.
-GTO and CTS work.
-Removed the 2 crashing vehicles.
-Fixed first person views.

I like the new sounds of Yugo, UAZ and cargo-truck :)
Maybe you can show me how to add vehicle-sounds.

But i also found two bugs:
- frontwheels of "defender 90" goes crazy when steering and driving :D
- all the monster-trucks do a backflip when hitting the gas :D

All the vehicle sounds I added are just copy and paste from the ones in DIPRIP. Most of the fixes are just copy and paste.
The defender wheels have always gone insane, don't exactly know why.
The monster vehicles I am dumbfounded I don't know what the deal is. Probably mass center but I really don't know.
