If you want an AK then for that price go DBoys or CYMA. Combat Machine guns are generally good but with Dboys/CYMA you get full metal and real wood.

The CYMA I have is built rock solid. I haven't been able to test it yet due to my battery fiasco but I'll get back to you on that when I can if you want me to.

Is there an ak74 that can take a large battery in the stock?

I think just about any full stock AK would let you put a large/medium battery into the stock.

I remember when there was a ratings tracker page, Adam Whitby had the most "unfriendly" ratings out of every FP user. His "most rated" icon, unfriendly, said "Adam Whitby is an asshole" when hovered over. (I was in second place for OIFY Pinknipples.)
I remember him being an alright guy, though. He was just a little more pushy and vocal than the average userbase used to be years ago.
I also remember that this guy was statistically the dumbest user on FP.

Some of the older posts and threads were removed one time, still golden status was kept. That's why I've got less than 2000 aswell.

hi guys, used to post back here a long time ago on a different account. never actually got a chance to get into airsoft, but I got a job a few months back and was thinking about it again.
there's a field around here, and a raceway some people play at. just joined a forum, waiting for the activation and hopefully going to get involved. ;~)

That's a JG rebrand, you can get it cheaper under JG, though I wouldn't recommend it.
If you want an AK, I'd recommend the newer CYMA ones or Dboys.

It's a good beginners gun. But I still think if you have the money that you should go for a Dboys or one of the newer CYMAs.
