just take some binoculars and scope the place out, no need to go to the door, just need picture proof.

Also I noticed something, in the below picture you forgot that there is a house behind the shed that is not visible in the aerial pic, i have highlited it below:


You can see that it is not in the aerial pic:


Also the siding is different from the google street view image and the back of the house image:


It could be that the front is brick and the back and sides are a different siding, that is common. I would need the address so I could check out the google street view and get a look at the side of the house. This still could be Danny's house.
