    The entities in the OP are not all there, i can't update the OP since my main is banned.
    Will this ever get fixed? Tiberium has been one of my fav addons to Gmod.

    It is not broken.

    He is re-writing it from scratch. There is nothing to fix, he simply may or may not include some of it in the future.

    think about it

    you can take it around places to seed them
    they can be put inside a med/large vehicle to use tiberium weapons

    Well, if Kaltia would make Tib stool-spawnable(spawned with a tool), and the Stool Turret wold still be worked on, we could make seeder vehicles.

    And Ki, could you make a concommand for kinda shutting of multiplication/making a limit of Tib possible at single time? Because when I tested it, I had to remove Tib with Remover tool, to have no lag.

    And Jack, geniuses atleast know where to put capital letters. So you rather got a stroke of an idiot.

    I basically mean that there should be tiberium that can be picked up with the physgun and caried around, this would make regular tiberium wherever it goes (as long as there is no sonic device) and can be harvested/have the T.R.I.P used one it (so i can have tiberium weapons,when they are made, in my huge vehicle that is also tiberium powered without having to refuel/refuel as often)

    In C&C 4 whole crystals are transported to the combat zone in a stasis field by a kind of floating rig system. This provides little more than research points, but a stasis field SEnt would be cool for transporting a single crystal from place to place. Maybe a little field emitter type gizmo, supply it with power, turn it on, touch it to a crystal, and then move it around in a bubble. When you're done, or if the power is cut, the field disappears and the crystal grows on the ground or on a prop beneath the bubble.

    I think making each crystal in a field transplantable via gravity gun would probably hurt the performance. Besides, each crystal is supposed to be partially embedded in the ground.

    only a certain type of crystal can do it, and they will spawn normal versions



    they would only spawn regular tiberium

    Bad news on the sonic pulse weapon's progress; My current modeling class ends this week and we only got to a ship and a character's head. However, we may end up working on it in a different class as I'm probably gonna have the same instructor next month. I do have a modeling program at home I can work with, but it's very simple compared to Maya.

    I fixed the fields, now fields wont grow past 70 crystals per field.

    Consider Blender, or download the free version of Maya (one does exist).

    My teacher hooked me up with a 6 month Maya license, got blender, but I'll need to get used to the single display thing if I'm gonna use it. I'd be well under way with milkshape, but I hate using tris.

    As for making a new thread, that usually turns up messy cuz you get people necro posting in the old one.

    There's one warhead type ATM, but before, it was as simple as just touching a new warhead to the missile to change.

    Classically, tib chems were the go-to weaponized form of tiberium, but chemical tiberium which was pretty much a gaseous form, didn't spread it, however it would help facilitate growth.(Not observable in-game) It essentially exhibited mutagenic, radioactive, and corrosive properties only.

    Liquid Tiberium is pretty much tiberium in a molecularly unstable form, making it volatile, toxic, corrosive, able to crystallize on contact with 'fuel', and a potent mutagen. It's an essential part of making Tiberium Catalyst (As far as I know, how the catalyst is produced, other than with the involvement of highly concentrated tiberium, has been left without mention). Tib Catalyst is used to emulate the effects of an extreme tiberium buildup, at which point, tiberium would explode.

    Spoiler to those who haven't completed C&C 3

    This is how Kane lured the scrin to Earth before they were supposed to arrive, which was to be after the human race was already wiped out by the altered world.
    Thus, the scrin were unprepared for war, and Kane was able to capture a Threshold for use in his plan for Nod to ascend.

    kane ascends and we all live happily ever after? tiberium gone, nod gone, scrin most likely not going to return. i expected the scrin tower to be only one tower, thiner, taller and a window at the top. at then a massive ion cannon destroys it while you are fighting kane hand to hand

    Yeah, the ending was kinda anti-climactic no matter which faction you played as. But it's exactly what Kane's been promising Nod all this time. Besides, it may be the end of the tiberium age, but they've publicly announced that it won't be the last game in the series. Chances are, they'll put out a couple more tib universe games, probably even in the classic style to keep everyone who raged at 4 happy.

    i think a great non admin way to spread tib would be to harvest tiberium, take the container to another place, blow up the container and after a minute or two a single crystal grows


    more suggestions-
    1:an fdg so i can put this stuff in my maps
    2: a special type of tiberium that can be picked up with the gravity gun (it will spawn normal tiberium)
    3: tiberium that doesnt spread ( when making a map that has a field already in it, you dont want the field to grow it a city
    4:the trip should have to be closer for small clusters of tiberium, but large clusters increase the range of radiation
    5:basic warhead should be more powerfull, maybe it could also have its own loading rack

    1. I'll make a new thread.
    2. Currently there is no way, i am making the warheads now.
    3. Chemicals are the basic fuel for the generator, Liquid Tiberium is highly explosive and is used in the generator for boosts and for HE weapons.

    1. You can add entities without using an FDG, but i'll see if i can make one.
    2. I will make a seeder warhead, but moving Tiberium with the gravity gun seems quite useless tbh.
    3. That is what Tiberium fields are for, Tiberium wont grow past a set amount per field (Default 70)
    4. We'll see.

    Hey this is very cool, i havent played this addon much yet (got in yesterday) but i think it would be cool if there was a tiberium radition shielded vehicle so you can harvest it safely without getting poisoned, other than that great job XD

    This is mostly just my building style but it seems like whenever I make a tib harvesting vehicle i will drive into a tiberium field only to find that if i even bump into something the whole thing spazes from all the weight. i think it would be nice to have a harvester vehicle that would be able to collect and store raw tiberium and unload it into a tank by driving up next to the tank and linking them with a retractable hose on the side of the harvester, it would also shield the driver from tiberium exposure. would make life alot easyer XD
