I believe that nexus said that the patriarch can't be converted because something with his eyes is fucked up. I'm not 100% sure.


And by the way, when you look closer at it, the patriarch looks like complete shit.

You sure you've got WinRar and all that?
That can help.

With Winrar extract the content (Models and Materials being the essentials) folders into the main directory (steamapps/*insert username here*/garrysmod/garrysmod) and then you can find them in game in Browse under "NexusElite>KillingFloorContent"
It's something like that last time I tried these models out.
