Fuck, $18 for a charging handle and spring.
And I'm so anal about detail I'd buy one to fix my M15.
I'm getting the JG one with the spring and all already.

The JG one works slightly differently than the CA. Not to mention the spring is connected differently too.

Not sure, I remember the JG ones being shorter and having a thin arm that moves the fake bolt. The CA just has a hook on the end for the spring. The JG also has 2 points on the inside of the body where another hook pivots for the spring. On the CA that spring is simply screwed down.

Good idea, I'll check that out. I'm really tempted to buy the M1A1 Thompson and get some hicaps or a bunch of lowcaps. I know it won't take to accessories, but I really like the Thompson. And I didn't find a bad review.

Not sure who makes it, all I know is it will take some work to make it really good. Sounds like it takes Maruzen APS2 parts and mags. Check around YouTube, there's some video reviews of it. Some are saying it's JG but I'm not sure.

It looks like Medical Tape to me, the thick fabric kind just worn down considerably.

Looks brown to me, not sure you can get brown, or green for that matter. Not sure, electrical tape would be fine imo.

So far I am thinking I'l need a gorka.
but I might be able to go with a pair of tactical pants for opsgear and then find a OD jacket like that.
and it might be brown.
I am slightly color blind and the colors randomize everyday.
it does look kinda brownish green.
I might end up with a gasmask from ebay.
I really need to find a surpluse store around casper but Idk if there are any.
So far I am looking at over 300$ for the loadout.
and then I need to buy an ak too.

Question. in the UK, is it legal to gift a friend who is 17, an airsoft gun.
The law is like a fucking mess to be honest.
Ukara governs selling of guns, but seems to have very little/no legal backing, seeing as the law says 16's and under can't.

It's like cigarettes though, under 18's can't buy them, but they can smoke them.

The law is shocking concerning it. Ukara isn't even legally backed, it's just that sites use it, and there is no set in stone law saying what is right and wrong with age limits. Needs reform, desperately.

Does anyone know where the heck can you find WWII German BDUs and gear? All Google and eBay are giving me are reproduction SS uniforms and Nazi memorabilia (lol, no thx).
I'm aiming for a look similar to the one the Afrika Corps troops had in Raiders of the Lost Ark/Last Crusade.

Not terribly bad for that. Honestly, most loadouts end up costing that much.
I'm pretty sure if you already have a weapon that's all the money you'd need to spend right there.

I just bought a bunch of .12g glow in the dark BBs from Walmart because they didn't have anything else. I don't have an illuminated mag or tracer unit so I tired using various light sources from around the house to make them glow. It didn't work that well
