    Ok, so when i load my map i get these following errors, and I am getting into the more in depth details of hammer but i do not know how to fix these errors, or if they are even necessary to fix. Any advice or how to fix these errors would be much appreciated.

    What do you think this error means? Read it carefully...

    Material plaster/wallpaper003b is being applied to a model, you need $model=1 in the .vmt file!

    Same with this one... Don't use textures that have models/ or props_* in the name.

    A blend texture is being used on a surface that doesn't completely support it.

    As for the Textures that are being applied to models, I've searched and marked the textures that say "Material <path> is being applied to a model, you need $model=1 in the .vmt file!"

    but half of them are just func_brush walls of buildings?? would func_wall-ing them do the trick? I'll try that..


    also, buildcubemaps gives me this error: Can't load vtex.dll
