I need a good ATX AM2+ mobo for less than $200, with at least 2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots. I'm in the US. Upgrading from my old mobo that I got for $50 which only has one PCI-E 2 x16 slot.

That's a nice board if you need SLI support.

I plan to have SLI in the future. Not planning on getting it right away, so this seems to be a solid board.

Awesome, I thought it was a good board, but I wanted to be sure with everyone before I made a decsion, $170 is a lot of money. I love that this board suppourts so many different socket types. :D

That's the exact reason I'm needing more RAM Prismatex, I'm running several RAM-heavy applications at once, and doubling the amount of RAM should really help. Video, image editing, 3D rendering, you know?
