    Didn't I say that you shouldn't stretch the trees larger than they are? They get all pixelated like in your pic. :(

    Being a developer of a Star Wars mod I might be too ciritcal as opposed to normal FP members but that ATAT is badly proportioned.

    Head needs to be wider
    Body is a little too fat at the middle
    Legs are too long
    The knee circle joints need to be a little bigger around
    Overall it is missing a lot of details like oil stains, vents, and scratches.

    Edited:

    The driver viewport is RED on the ATAT as well...

    I made the legs longer on purpose, so that it wouldn't look "fat" like it does in the movies. Same with the joints. Also, in The Empire Strikes Back the head viewport is black. It might be red in some games and shit, but it is black. I agree with you about the body being too bulky in the middle though.

    And if you're a Star Wars mod dev, I don't think that was so critical. I just hope to see you drawing it better.

    You guys have got a really good thread going here. Outstanding work from Plutonia and the other contributers. I'd like to contribute to this but have things on my own site to work on right now.

    It's a shame moving gifs rape resources, a spinning radar dish would be tasty.

    My first idea was that there is a large forest that's occupied by many different mercenary forces in search of a stolen nuclear warhead. These forces would be using old equipment and modified vehicles, guerilla tactics and they would be operating without government funding. They would occupy old villages, military- and industrial complexes instead of building a whole base with concrete walls and missile silos.

    I think the most expensive piece of equipment that any team could have would be... let's say a HIN-D assault copter? Cars, trucks, APCs, assault- and combat tanks, field cannons and helicopters are welcome, no matter how old or modern they are, but if everyone starts making walking death-robots, the theme starts drifting away from the original concept. :(

    I'm going to base my team on the one thing that a private corporation would be wanting in a situation like this: Profit. A mission like this doesn't require a massive amount or space-age war technology, a corporation needs to think of how much it's spending on the mission. Person557 got it right when he picked himself a guerilla army with used weaponry and Toyota Hilux-tecnicals.

    Mine isn't a "walking death-robot" its an armored transport thing with side mounted weapons, is it a little too big?

    I'm basing mine as a private group of rich pigs who want to have a little fun. They just want to steam roll in and steam roll right back out. This doesn't mean there going to have super big death robots, but they're going to focus on going in with a pathclearer first, then getting the job done quickly.

    Well, look at my OP. There's a heavy combat tank there. That's an expensive piece of 21-century equipment, and it's tiny compared to your walker. Your walker looks like it costs about as much as some small country in the backwater Europe. :(

    Introducing my own team, the "Yellow Nation 0". I tested the trees and made a scene with a sniper team and their camp in a dense forest.


    Seems pretty much Finnish Army.
