    Sorry for the necro but...

I liked Clear Sky better than SOC, thus I want to make a Clear Sky loadout. Not only do they look badass, but I already have black pants, a green vest, green leg pouch, gloves, boots, and a face mask. Now I just need a hooded blue camo jacket. For the life of me I can NOT find one, so can anyone help me?

    SonnyX2, you better be trolling...

    Edited:

Maybe get a blue hooded coat and put shapes of black, blue, and bleach on it to look camo? :shobon:

Here's the problem, the only hooded jackets you will be able to find with that camo pattern will probably be from some skater brand, not real camo. Making the camo would most likely make it look ugly, it's an interesting idea but when you bleach anything it usually becomes this pinkish "waterstain"

So fuck the bleach, and the black and different blue dye camo is a maybe. Hell, ill take skater brand, or just about any shit I can find. If it looks the part and can stand up to abuse it's fine with me.

Yes, that exactly. Except a $90 price tag for a jacket...

What would you suggest for russian/eastern bloc loadouts? As far as websites, that is.

    www.soviet-propaganda.com

    That is all.

Sovietarmy stuff is shady - overpriced, horrible service, they send you the wrong sizes and half of their stock is dodgy ukranian knockoffs.

Oh hey this thread . If you get a hood of some sort it would look pretty nice. I'm working on another stalker loadout with authentic gear and not look tacticool.

More like this guy, I know what he is wearing.

Heh, i had a Israeli gas mask at one point, i don't know what happened to it. But i agree with you on the vest, it'll be pretty easy to fix that I figure.

Sure! I don't mind sharing. But this how I'm setting up though

    Clothing:
    OD Gorka top
    OD pants

    Gear:
Lifchik chestrig (or a Chicom for a cheaper substitute)
veschmeshok (He is wearing a canvas RD-54, which is hard and expensive as hell to find)
    A belt some sort
Israeli gas mask w/ snorkel hose
Romanian bayonet (at least scabbard wise)
    M85 gas mask bag

The link still isn't fixed and that's a Duty suit, not a gun...

EDIT: :derp: the link below. Sry.

Yeah I got to see that SVD and check it out at a game. It's really nice and excepts AtoZ parts which aren't horribly hard to find. I would say it's a good gun to go with.

That doesn't really look like a stalker suit. It's just a green suit with joint protectors and some pockets.

I decided to make my own impression of a Stalker loadout. There is still some work to do on the loadout: My AK-47 and shotgun are on their way. The camping-mat thingy will be replaced by a WW2 bedroll. But I think you will know where I am going with this.

    Updates will come soon.

    Tell me what you think.

This. The problem with STALKER loadouts is you still need to be able to walk around with it on.

Post it in the STALKER megathread, they'll love it.
