Well just cut/pasting the file out of the folder worked fine with Paranoia. Just do that until it's confirmed it's fine.

Uh no, they don't even UNDERSTAND how VAC works, it's not instantaneously, its delayed
Just to be safe just try moving it out of the games folder as has been suggested until you know it wont VAC you

The devs had no idea how VAC worked, they assumed that it just instantly kicked you from a server ala Punkbuster. VAC delays its bans so they can't tell.

For the guys freaking out about VAC: JUST REMOVE THE OPENGL32.DLL FILE BEFORE YOU PLAY ANY MULTIPLAYER MODS AND YOU'LL BE FINE
You won't get VAC'd just for playing the mod with that file.
