Nice. Wish I had the money for one of those but they are extremely expensive here in Canada so I got a Kalash instead. :D

Would I get flamed for posting my Captain Soap loadout? I am NOT a MW2 fag, in fact I hate the game, but Soap's winter gear looked so badass.

Go ahead, post away. I could care less if it's inspired from a game or not. Me and my friend were going to make a Ghost loadout a month back. A few of us here made MGS4 PMC loadouts, so videogame loadouts are nothing new.

the only game I will not support loadouts from is counter-strike, the rest I encourage.

Surprisingly I'm my 5 years of airsofting I've never seen anyone really try to put together a Counter-Strike loadout. Not that I encourage it though.

I want a 1990's US Army Infantry woodland loadout but I need a PASGT vest to complete and they're hard to come by/expensive/you won't feel if you're hit and people will accuse you of cheating.

You can usually hear when you're hit. It makes pretty much the same sound as flicking whatever material you're wearing with your finger.

Ebay, seriously, They are all over the place. Once countries found out the following: "Hey this flak/kevlar shit doesn't stop bullets". The PASGT's flooded the surplus market. I had a few, but sold them. Check Ebay, or online surplus shops.

Even so, I don't have $100+ to spend on something that is purely aesthetic. Is there a cheaper alternative that could still make me look the part?

I thought of making a GIGN loadout, but it wasn't CS inspired. That's actually what GIGN uniforms look like.

The prices are increasing dramatically on the vest, going for about $100 shipped on ebay, last year it was $70

I say check swap-meets. I found a Gulf-war vet selling his stuff once, had a PASGT vest, but I just picked up some three color desert fatigues cause that's all I could afford right then.

Why is that? Your not buying Pantac or Paracelete gear.

Re-did my MARPAT loadout using the CIRAS.

The old Loadout with my Condor Plate Carrier

    New Loadout with the CIRAS

I don't normally wear 2 dump pouches as shown here. I was too lazy to take the one off the CIRAS.

But I do occasionally carry the M4, M1014, and P226 all at the same time during CQB games.
