It's a pretty good album IMO
It's a pretty good album IMO
Every Megadeth album is pretty good![]()
I like Risk. It's different. Got some very cool tracks, like Prince of Darkness, and Breadline is something lighter, pretty good.

Also, Crush 'Em.
Listening to SFSGSW now. The intro is fucking awesome.
Cruuuuuuuuush, CRUUUUUUUSH, CRUSH EM!
The bass line and those little guitar-things that Marty does near the beginning are awesome. (talking about Crush 'Em of course)
:respek:

Only thing I have against it is that Enter the Arena, despite being an intro to the song, doesn't blend perfectly into it. It should ave the Crush 'Em riff at the end of that, and at the start of the song.
The first time I heard them together (i'd only heard Crush 'Em before then) I actually expected the bass drum part to start (along with the continuing Enter the Arena riff) at the end of EtA and blend into Crush 'Em. I was kinda disappointed..
Yeah, exactly.
Jeff Young, who played on SFSGSW, interview about relations between him and Mustaine.

Those UG interviews are interesting to say the least.
They are.
Dave used to be such a complete and utter mess of a man.
I listened through Risk a couple of times and I really like it, it's different from all the other albums I heard. It's good that Mustaine and the boys try out different stuff from time to time.
dat chorus riff
hahahahhaha
internet says lomenzo is playin wif jeff young hahahahaha
Fuck it must have hurt to get booted from Megadeth. Still, it's not the first time someone's been kicked.
I was just reading about how difficult it was to replace Jeff Young:
How different would Megadeth's 4th album have been if Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul were in the band instead of Marty Friedman and Nick Menza?Wikipedia posted:
I'm thinking of ordering The System Has Failed. Should I?
I fucking loved that album. Go for it.
Chances are that Dimebag Darrell would still be here if he joined Megadeth with Vinnie.
For me, it's one of their best, go go go go.
Yeah, so I've heard. A lot of people claim it to be the best since Rust In Peace and Countdown To Extinction
looking forward to getting youthanasia soon :D
Pretty damn good album, some good tracks. Pretty different.
Kinda late but
Ellfson is back :D
Ellefson, boy!
No, it's Junior.
i got banned from the megadef forums again :(
How? :allears:
they didn't give me a reason, but i assume it was my reply in the thread about lomenzo doing some stuff with jeff
i replied:
hahahahahah wtf

someone called me a troll

then i was perma'd

megadeth forums are gay as fcuk
lol, harsh.
that sucks.
My friends are attempting to crucify me because I believe that Rust in Peace isn't the best shit in the whole world
Great album, I just don't like Dave Mustaine's singing on most of the tracks
Most Megadeth fans would hang me for my opinion, which is that Endgame is their best album to date. It's just got a little bit of everything I like about Megadeth. I think Dave really nailed it with Endgame, but I also really liked Peace Sells. And of course Rust in Peace but to put that at third on Megadeth's list is a capital crime to some people, sadly.
Endgame is shit. I try to forget it was ever released and listen to their older albums.
Its not shit. It might be worse than the other albums, but its not even close to shit.
They should rerecord Endgame with Junior.

IT's just o fucking bad that I am one of the few that like megadeth at my school. The rest either like rap or some mainstream piece of shit pop or country. Some country is okay like old country but new country sucks major ass. If only I lived in Columbus, IN
My copy of The System Has Failed hasn't arrived yet :frown:
Maybe they should crucify you. lol
Then obviously the system has in fact failed
(I'm sorry I had to make an awful pun).
Seriously though how long have you been waiting?
