    Hey guys,

I'm looking for a good multiplayer teamwork based game for PC? The game must involve some sort of strategy. I just like to work with people towards a common goal

Also this. Go too far ahead without your teammate and you'll get ambushed from all sides.

The only game from this list we got in this thread that REALLY require teamwork is Left 4 Dead 1 & 2
On advanced/expert you simply won't survive without your friends even if you are really good at FPS. Other games listed here need teamwork too, but you can be good on your own too.
All bets on Left 4 Dead series.

Project Reality. It offers elements of more realistic games like Bohemia's Operation Flashpoint and Red Orchestra while retaining BF2's intuitiveness and ease of play.

Battlefield 2 with Project reality is suppose to be good, I never did it though.

Rainbow Six Las Vegas 1/2 co-ops can be fun and somewhat tactical if memory serves correct

All battlefield games, I just love the "silent understanding" that happens with some games in your team, you just own the other team so much.

it really just depends on the people you are playing with... you could find a tactic based game bu there will still be idiots who play just to annoy other players

Still worth mentioning: L4D2 on Realism Versus. utter rape if youre stuck with non-talkers/douchebags

...That being said there arent many games that focus on co-op gameplay, just shows you how selfishly narcissistic we are.
