but I'm not digging how a lot of stuff is recycled from Fallout 3, like the dog and the armour that the woman is wearing.

Re-using the same assets from the previous game is something of a Fallout tradition. I can appreciate the advantage of using the same textures and models too: it means less time and manpower being wasted on reinventing basics like landscape textures and common pieces of armour. Instead, more work can be done on adding assets unique to the game.

For someone who doesn't give a shit about how people are receiving a game, you don't seem to have much to contribute other than announcing it to anyone who cares. Most people don't by now. New Vegas is already getting a much more positive reception from both new and old Fallout fans.

We'll see. After a hundred hours playing vanilla Fallout 3, I can see where you're coming from. Next to apparel and environments so similar to FO3, it's like looking at a vaguely M4-shaped hole where a G3A3 lookalike should be.

Looks more like one of them Colt Commandos series of carbines. Also, the AR-15 is Eugene Stoner's original rifle that which is the M16 and M4 are descendants of.

But who gives a shit about multiplayer? The Fallout series are meant to be single player games and if you want multiplayer, pray to god that Interplay get their way in the courts.
