He has implants for multiple reasons, including the fact that he's old and trying to remain youthful for God knows how long, he's the head of a massive secret organization (where Implants could help with the job) and perhaps a tinge of irony (the head of the most Human-Centric organization is in fact barely Human at all.)

You could easily hear Sovereign's Theme if you do the Renegade "Kill the Council" ending, it's used when you are dealing with something galactically evil.

Also, I expect copious badass one liners.

I heard them all and i don't really like it. Alot of the songs that's supposed to fit the characters doesn't really go along with my impression of them. And too many of them just sound like ambient music that would make an atmosphere in the game. It'd probably work ok there, but it's not something i'd buy.
