Fuck, looks like Freddie did die. Well I wouldn't doubt that Cook won the fight at all, it's pretty much a no brainer on who won the fight. Shame we don't exactly get any reaction from the rest of the cast besides Cook And Karen on Freddie's death.

unfortunately the only things from that episode that kept me intrigued was the way cook was being portrayed and the conclusion of the naomi/emily storyline. if that last scene had happened about 10 minutes earlier to give a bit more storyline to it e.g. him finding freddie/killing counsoler/whatever, then the episode might of been good but it just kinda let me down more than anything. We only know what naomi/emily,pandora/thomas and jj are doing at the end of this series which is annoying as we are not going to see the characters again as they are using new characters :(.

I didn't like the ending. I was hoping that while the credits were rolling it'd cut back to Cook every now and again beating the shit out of the counsellor. But only show tiny sections, less than a second.
I loved the ending of the whole Naomily thing though, it made me cry :(

I guess that Freddie's sister Karen will be the new "main star". Much like Effy took over her brothers role. So hopefully they'll explain more about it through her. Oh well, we'll see next January.

The next series has an entirely new cast, they're starting from scratch.
Jamie Brittain stated that the next series will be more "Fun" and will go back to the basics of Skins, Pretty much series 1 again, Funny and realistic.

I feel my time watching this series has been devalued over the past few episodes, I really like the storyline, but it got pretty depressing and I was disappointed by the various cliffhangers.
I can't believe it's over already, fuck, shouldn't be that long :crying:
The dance routine Karen, JJ and Cook did was neat.

Personally I found series five pretty awful, but I carried on watching it and will probably watch series 6 just because it's Skins and I feel like I HAVE to watch it no matter how bad it is

If series 6 ends up like series 5 they should just cancel the show and put it out of its misery. I didn't mind series 5 but it just didn't really have that skins kind of 'feel'.

One and two are by far my favourite series, re-watched them numerous times too.

The roles in it just didnt seem believable, i'm not saying 3 was, but i liked it more.

I wasn't really too keen on series 3, so I stopped watching half way through. Maybe I should watch 3+4 on 4OD.
I think some of the characters were believable, such as Sid and Chris, I've seen quite a few people with similar personalities. Aside from the whole teacher-fucking bit.

Think I've seen all seasons except for the first 2. Teen drama bullshit isn't my cup of tea at all but for some reason this show is entertaining. It keeps my attention until I realize I could be hanging out with my friends and have just as much fun or more fun then they have in the show. That's usually when I turn it off and leave.

Thought series 5 was a massive step up from the crap that was 3 & 4. Still not on par with series 1 & 2 but at least the characters were somewhat believable and likable.

I feel like there's too much focus on the drugs and partying aspect of skins now. In series 1 and 2 there was more emphasis on the characters and their development as compared to 3,4, and 5. In s1 and s2 I found myself actually caring about what happened to the characters, and I don't feel that the other seasons managed to recreate that.
