One guy calls taking another human life a CRIME under any circumstance, despite the fact we have several scenarios in our legal system where it is not a crime.
The other go's ahead and tells us it's murder to kill someone in self defense. Murder: Intentional homicide (the taking of another person's life), without legal justification or provocation.

Simple, law abiding citizens would have given up their arms if the supreme court ruled the other way. Criminals would not have been so inclined to hand their own weapons in.

Point was: if you go out with that(shooting range, hunting etc), everyone will assume it's the gun it's modded after until proven otherwise.
