I had that in live. Has to do with the game not starting Punkbuster properly. I cant remember the fix though. Some launch commands and ini edits I think.

Punkbuster always fucks up with me, no matter what I do or what I try, it always finds a way to make my experience a poor one.

Looked into my Spyware and found it was blocking Punkpuster, so I disabled it and it worked.

It's because you're on a 32-bit OS. It puts restraints on textures since the player-made logos take up a huge amount of RAM.

Just make sure you redo the removal every time you use the launcher. If you use the launcher it redownloads the files again.

It's not that it isn't there it's that they put the restriction in place because for some reason the game doesn't like high resolution textures with 32 bit OSes.

Also it's 18 minutes because the game would stop tracking time when the launcher closed. still has that problem so now I link to apb.exe and it works fine.

I have a 64bit OS and it doesn't even attempt to use the proper textures even with the fixes.

Well the fix works for me on 32bit, the textures look so much goddam better.
