Hills should be fine, the test trains have been able to make it through much steeper hills

Maybe make it a faded yellow, showing it's autumn? It would help blend the other textures to make a grittier feel to the environment. Also detail sprites

Detail sprites is a good idea. For the season though, I was kind of aiming for spring or summer, but with a moist environment, as though it is just about to rain.

One question - How did you do the ties on the curved tracks so straight? Whenever I try, mine are all jagged..

Alt+ Right click method as shown here, with a bit of extra work. Also, this tactic does not always get proper alignment so you have to select all of the faces and center them.
Well, centering works in this situation, but most of the time will look crap. If it were done on the road in the tutorial, it would look crap.

If this goes on Tboys server, i want to be able to use the roads with the trucks, i am not being stuck on the fucking train lines all the time...

It's got the potential to be a great train build server (despite being in the US) but it's because TBoy is such a rich, arrogant idiot that he tells me he sends 'tickets' to the hosters to fix the problem but the server seems to be getting worser with each pile of shit added to the server (Tiberium mod, what the flying fuck is that useful for? The resources excuse is stupid).
He's rich, he's an idiot, and if we took his money away he'd be in my position.
The least he could do is just fix the server. Honestly.

It's not a very popular server but will randomnly get a surge in players for a bit but then die down to a dead server for ages.

If it's lush, green, summer grass you're going for, all that really needs done is that the grass should be made a darker green.
The grass textures (at least from afar,) seem decent, but they're a not-quite-neon green. If you darken them out a bit I think it'd add to the effect you're going for.

med, you do realize that photo is photoshoped and you would never find grass looking like that anywhere right?

In regards to the grass, I was assuming something along the lines of the above.
However, I wasn't expecting fields of perfectly watered and trimmed green grass. At least I hope that isn't what he wanted.
