imo grab another one of those 160 GB drives for like $50 (be sure it's the same model) and raid them bitches up, you could easily pull an extra $100 out of it from the people who know about raid but have no clue what exactly it is

I'm not putting any money in this system other then getting a cheap keyboard, mouse and speakers.
Beside I think that I'd go on for 70$ and get a Spinpoint F3 1tb if I were to change any HDD.
