19 weeks till Season 2... Oh boy..
New behind the scenes bidness.
Y'know. If you're into hair and clothes and stuff. Which I totally am!
=snip=
She's a surprisingly good actress for being so young.
And if I remember correctly she's in a FP'ers class.
Anyone know of a good streaming site for the episodes? I've really wanted to start watching this series, heard great things from it. This has probably been asked alot in this thread, but I didn't want to do much digging around in case of spoilers.
How fabulous!
New making of video: fights and stunts
First season 2 trailer
dat everything
Three horn blasts
End of season cliffhanger confirmed.
If they followed the book strictly there wouldn't be an awesome cliffhanger that'd ensure people returning for season 3. This way it works out just fine whike skipping ahead from book 2 by maybe ten pages.
Stannis is coming.
The last shot will be Sam pissing his pants.
should probably spoiler that
That was a pretty awesome teaser.
This must be the first time I'm actually really hyped over a TV series.
Damn, going to have to keep away from this thread, only 100 pages into A Clash of Kings, damn good book, although I find it more difficult to become engrossed than Game of Thrones.
I love how they keep working in really significant things into the trailers in really subtle ways.
First the green fire and now the horn blasts.
Game of thrones was briefly shown in the simpsons

The photo is so wrong it hurts to look at
I recently finished A Feast for Crows and I must say the TV series is accurate enough when comparing the story and characters, along with some of the environments.
You are in for a treat with Storm of Swords then, twice as engrossing as Game of Thrones, there's very few chapters where something interesting doesn't happen.
Just finished yesterday with the series. At first I was kinda "meh" but after the first episode I was hooked. Can't wait to show the series to my family and can not wait until series 2 is out!
Wish i could share it with the rest of my family and shit but its kinda to show when there is already sex and nudeness in the first episode
Not that they are against it but they find it "weird"
because sex and nudeness doesnt exist in real life right
This show is too good to be judged on the sex and nudeness, the books too.
watching sex scenes in movies and tv series with your family is always awkward.
I know, i know
But what sp00ks said its just weird showing them a great series and the first thing you see if some nude girls sucking the dick of a dwarf
Well, you could subscribe to a cable / satellite network and order HBO... Although I must say I'm quite pissed. I've been using Comcast Xfinity to watch my HBO programs on my laptop and iPhone the past few days and just last night I went to watch an episode of Deadwood and they're telling me I need to buy an HBO subscription? Wtf.
just started watching this and really liking it. although, there are so many characters that i have trouble remembering who's who. and incest... what an... interesting way to end the first episode.
It gets easier after the first episode, it's so hard to remember them all in episode 1 because they're all in Winterfell and it's a bit of a clusterfuck.
yea, im up to episode 7 now and i know most of the characters. also, i cant help but compare westeros with skyrim, and keep imagining that ned is a jarl. i also think kahjiit when i see syrio forel because of his accent and the fact that he keeps referring to himself in the third person.
Skyrim was originally going to be A Song of Ice and Fire game before Bethesda chose to do the Elder Scrolls instead.
Oh god it's still over 4 months :(
Fine by me. I just finished the second book.
Now I'm afraid to start the third.
It's the best book in the series
I was pretty much hooked after the prologue.
What I like about these books is that you see characters grow throughout the book and you like them, then suddenly they're killed off at the end of a chapter
Not really a spoiler as it happens quite frequently, and I'm not talking about a specific character.
Though there's one character I really dislike; Daenerys.
I mean, her chapters are so god damn boring. I hope she dies soon.
Well you get to read a chapter that's about her shitting blood at one point, it's pretty entertaining
i wonder if snow's actor read about what happens to him in the newest book
Do you actually think he died?
