Well this really isn't the thread for it, but yes, submit a support ticket as soon as possible and provide proof that you own the games included.

Send ticket with photo of serial key, you'll have the account back within 3-4 days, if they trade your shit over you can request it to be returned.
Or heavily emphasize this on the support ticket.

Make sure you have a strong password, then. Letters mixed with numbers, intentionally misspelled words, phrases/words that you don't often use, etc.
