I have been porting textures from the game "The Saboteur" there are more textures I have ported over that are not shown in the images.

Actually some of those saboteur textures look kind of badly made, especially the metal plates and mechanism ones. WHya re professional developers so lazy all the time?
I'm guessing being short on time, from what I hear some companies just can't finish their game completely before the deadline.
Not sure if it's actually true, could be a weak excuse just to be lazy, but I rather doubt that.
Yeah it's probably time constraints. The other textures look really nice and it would be odd if they didn't notice some of them were lacking, so it probably ended up like that because of some bad timing.
Anybody know of some good websites for getting relatively High-res tiling textures?
cgtextures is pretty good imo.
cg textures has a small ammount and i used filterforge for a bit.. until my trial ran out. It's got a 30-day trial and people make all sorts of good stuff for it.
Example - http://www.filterforge.com/filters/4351.html better than stock photo crap. Allows you to tweak and change different sliders to alter the shape, color and other things related to it.

Pandemic, the company that made "The Saboteur" was shut down shortly after the game was released, I think they didn't have a lot of time to finish it.
Large majority of those if not all were made with Filter Forge. Might aswell take the 30-day challange and make them to your own likeness like a madman. Just open a transparent 512x512 or 1024x1024 texture with it so it outputs at right resolution.

using an online translator is not really going to help. but if I understood, you want to modify the map to delete some elements in it or change what they are, like turn a castle into a tree.

usually you see this kind of shit throughout some less developed areas of south houston, i would imagine it to be a bit more fertile up north

Alright, I will post in the request forum if you can't help (I thought it was for maps). I would think this would be easy, but I'm not really good at texturing: A white tree against a black background, two or more types would be perfect (one thats dead would be perfect). A pure-black surface, a pure-white surface, and finally a white bush against a black background. I'm trying to make a horror level and I have no idea how to texture. I would be amazingly grateful if you could help.

It's my ssbump going crazy. It was working find on one blend texture, but when I put it on two. It goes crazy.
Put that on all your rocks and you get Avatar![]()
post the .vmt and also the ssbump texture.
made from scratch, started with the bumpmap using nDo then made the diffuse, the specular map was generated using ShaderMapPro
