There's GOT to be a way to prevent it. Perhaps give dyed sheep a different ID that isn't registered to despawn?

Industrial craft sounds like youd need some large storage rooms, and that youd have to change chunks a lot more often, seeing as of how fast you can eat up the earth with that.
