There's sexual liberation and comfortableness going on. I figure don't need to explain myself, because I figure it's nobody's business.

Either way, it's unrelated to the thread. I'll get a new picture once I have a means of doing so

That's not even near enough to get a good looking body. That's more like trying to hold a low standard.
Start doing two hours a day and you'll start noticing something in a couple of months.
Well I have worked out in about 1,5 year.
I'm 16,5 year, Weighs about 132 pounds (using kg to lbs converter) and is 5.8 feet tall.
I train about 3 days a week and do about 3 different practices but I'm gonna go a step further now. Have trained only for general fitness but I'm now ready for heavier challenges in reasonable limits.
Well enough of that now.
My statistics are: Standing deadlift 121.2 pounds
(Used all the weights I had at home but If I had more weights I can lift maybe 154.3 pounds with my current bodystat)
When using two dumbbells I often have each bell set at 13.2 to 15.4 pounds (when lifting 15 times per set)
In benchpress 61.7 pounds (8 times per set)
yeah brah you definitely gotta switch it up, go for heavier stuff
61.7 pound benchpress, you gotta try and bring that up brah
Weight: 153.8
Height: 5'10
Bench:215
Squat: Unknown
Hang Clean: 185
Dead: 275
Weak legs =C
squat: forever unknown
I'd say I don't squat over what I bench..lol
Although I do box squat like 280ish, my hamstrings are far too weak to get low enough to squat that.
Height - 6'0"
Weight - 165lb
I don't weight lift so here are some different stats, lol
Pull-ups - 12
Chin-ups - 17
Push ups - 60
Crunches - 100
Mile time - 6:30
I'm proud of my chin ups, went from 12 to 17 in under two months.
Height - 5'11"
Weight - 175lbs
I haven't maxed out in a long time and have been cutting down on lifting weights, but I can kick things that are higher than the top of my head so that must account for something.

k heres mine, chinups: 20
wide grip pullups: 15
normal pullups: 20
pushups: did 59 in 60 seconds for some competition a while ago
crunches- (insert infinity symbol here)
Crunches are ridiculously easy. I mean, I could seriously do crunches forever if I wanted to, I never get anything out of them.
Probably a byproduct of the ridiculous workouts I endured during high school track season. We'd do anywhere between 800-1000 crunches every practice. The formula was drill-100 crunches-drill-100 crunches-drill-100 crunches. Hell, our "rest" periods consisted of when we did crunches.
It's been a long time since then, but I still don't even get phased by crunches until I get up around 600 or so at a brisk pace. If I took it easy, I could go forever.
You've got the same Tapout shirt as me :)
fyi people ignore ijeax and maverick from this point forward
Hey you dick, my Dad got it for me from Vegas :colbert:
The way I see it, Tapout is acceptable if you are a dedicated mixed martial artist. If you don't do any kind of MMA or just went to a gym for a week or so, then you have no business wearing it.
Tapout is just a brand to me, I don't wear it because of it's background. I wear it because I think it looks nice.
you two are so defensive. go ahead and convice my tapout is cool :3
I'm not defensive at all. I don't think this section is the right place for you.
Very untrue, I started being serious in my workout about 3 months ago, and I could feel it changing every single week.
They're still ugly as shit.
Edited:
I think you should go to the fashion thread and get some advice tbh.
Edited:
You can feel it, but it'll take some time before other people start noticing. Should've been more clear.

I only own one tapout shirt, gear down big rig. But it seems like just because you don't like the style of Tapout, means that everyone who wears it needs "advice". No, it just means it's not your style.
Also, if you wanna argue about clothing, then take it to the Fashion section, we don't like that shit in here.
Good point, but Tapout shirts, objectively, ugly as sin.
Sorry bro.
No worries man. Everyone has their opinion on clothes and I respect that.
The point I am making is, that saying Tapout is ugly is not an opinion it's a demonstrable fact.
The point he's trying to make is that he doesn't care.
I just turned 16, kinda feels odd man.

push ups 80
pull ups 40
Curl 60x8
16 yo curl bro ;___;
strong bench to curl ratio
I jack off alot
by curls do you mean 60 pounds in each hand
because I have been working out for like a year and I can only do like 50's for reps per hand lol
gj if so
holy shit i just noticed 40 pullups. unless youre like 20 lbs that shits crazy compared to your curl
lul proof of pull ups please or youre fraudin
Ah well the pull ups is because the only thing I had to workout was with a pull up bar for like a year, so I was on that all day every day. Until recently I bought a bunch of weights and am going at lifting more seriously. And my curl is with a bar, only have enough weight to get 60.
why would you even do so many pull-ups? horrible for lat strength and hypertrophy...
...unless you're doing it for endurance, but why would you do that?
vid of pull ups?

I'm thinking it could be possible since you're so light but at the same time it doesn't seem very feasible with the amount that you curl. Idk i'm not a doctor
