An update of these stats, we had maxes this week in weight training.
Ht: 5'9
Wt: 165lbs
(1RM's)
BP: 175lbs
Power Clean: 160lbs
Squat: 350lbs
I don't know how my squat keeps going up so fast, it's probably because I do a workout each day on power clean.

Deadlift is really similar to power clean though, which also has helped me on all my other lifts a lot, and deadlift will help with power cleans. The main difference between the two though is the explosion from the legs and shoulders.

Then again I only weigh 145 LBS.. I think I'm doing pretty good for where I'm at right now. Just got back from a leg day though, did squats and forgot to stretch my groin, went really deep each rep and after around 2 sets I was done because my groin hurt too much lol.
