I started exercising around mid January and I never worked out or exercised before.
Now, after a few month's progress I have dropped a waist size, perform 7 minute miles, lost a lot of evident weight, and just have more confidence in myself. I plan to drop another waist size by June, do 50 consecutive pushups, get a lower mile time and increase my endurance.
aw yeah 72kg now. Last year around september i weighed around 64kg.

not bulking though. i might start a bulk soon since it's nearing winter.

i'm 5' 11" and last year i used to weigh 215 lb, pure fatty fatness. but i had enough of that, so i started running till my fat jiggled away. in 8 months i went from 215 to 168. i now regularly run 5k and 10k runs, but none of that intense marathon shit cuz that means having no life and running all day. but i still jog regularly, and i started to lift. since then i gained about 10 pounds of muscle, but i fluctuate between 175-180lb.
i feel good. im gonna keep lifting till my veins pop out like penis veins, no homo
i must have had like 100g of protein after my workout today. ultimate double whopper = 70g protein + protein shake shake = 30g protein. i don't even know why i had a protein shake after the whopper.

I just think about how much it sucked to get punched in the face/choked out a million times my first day of doing MMA.
Whenever I feel myself getting tired, I remember what that felt like and it gives me the ability to keep going and do more. I don't want that to ever happen to me again. It sucked a lot of balls.
This gets me pumped.
