The creeper template posted on the first page is a bit small in proportions to the other templates, if you want a perfect sized creeper you need to get the pixel width of the template, divide it by 4 and multiply it by 6.5, then resize it to keep the aspect ratio, then the creeper will be the same size as the Players and Zombies.

Should I make the top shelf an above world with dirt and sand and a little house and everything, and then make a lower shelf an underground world with stone and ores and a creeper?

I want to make life sized Minecraft blocks. As in, cubic meter sized.
I have 500 free cardboard boxes from the postal service, it wouldn't be a problem.
