    I'll say things like this.

"Okay, so the standard trickle charger that comes with the gun comes in some... cardboard sleeve. Doesn't seem that sturdy, I'd estimate it's about... 3 centimeters thick.. Wait.. *Tape measure, measures* Yeah, just about 2.4 centimeters."

I'm ordering a bunch of shit, so I'll have a minimum of 6 minutes per item, at least 15 on the gun.

He's representing former soldiers in the unit. I'm pretty sure WW2 uniforms and patches are acceptable at this point.

There is this one kid who is one of those "I'm going to join the military as soon as I leave high school, I'm going to be in (~super important~) regiment and, and, and..." kids. He wears this watch that his grandpa's unit got at their 20 year unit reunion that says "Vietnam Veteran" on it. He says it's out of respect, but to me that's really disrespect.

He also wears a bunch of patches of various kinds on t-shirts and everything.

Rank patches are disrespectful but I see nothing wrong as unit patches so long as you don't say you're in that unit. When I make my VDV loadout I'm probably going to put a 76th Guards Airborne Division but I'm not going to go around telling people I'm in that unit except maybe to pick up dumb chicks.

I don't see anything wrong with it. If I were a soldier I may even think it would be cool to see someone doing something like that because the person making the loadout obviously has lots of interest in the military or unit that they served in.

How? Military rank has been used by virtually every army ever. Hell, the chevron has been in use since ancient times.

Unit patches imply that you served in that unit. I think its disrespectful to wear a unit patch unless you are a reenactor.

Take off the qualifications if nothing else, you didnt even come close to earning those. Reenactors don't even wear them.

Possibly trading my KWA MP7 for another highly upgraded CA SR25. Since the wiring and trigger on my old CA SR25 is FUBAR, the new SR25 will serve as the base gun. Internals are way better than what I have currently. Then I'll have 2 upper receivers, going to make one carbine length, and the other setup as a DMR.

    Link to the SR25

Hey Ender, do you have any extra MP7 mags you're willing to sell? I use that gun as my primary, and new mags are expensive.

Last time I remember, you live here in so-cal? I could probably meet up with you and trade some gear if you want.

Turn the fabric inside out, if it's stitched in just find a needle and slip it under the threading, get something sharp and carefully start hacking away at the stitching in different places until you can pull the patch away from the rest of the fabric a little, cut the threads more and eventually it should come off pretty cleanly. If it's attached by a different method you'll have to research it. Google is your friend.

Just bought some TMC open top and radio pouches for my vest.
The open top works like a wonder, it fits my G36 mags perfectly, so I'm using my old mag pouches to carry my old M4 mags in case someone in my team needs them. The only downside I can see is that a) the TMC TAN is a bit darker than the color of my vest, but that doesn't really bother me and b) since I put the pouches right on my chest, I had to remove my admin panel, which kinda sucks because I used it to carry my cell phone and team patch.

He exaggerates. It's not nearly as bad as he makes it sounds. And if you do end up disliking it than you can just get extra panels and what not to make it better. The CF Tac Vest has hundreds of aftermarket upgrades.

    Edited:

You could get a Mo-FOCR which is worth the money alone for the name.

The CF tac vest literally is shit and anyone in the CF will tell you that. I don't know what you're getting on about aftermarket parts seeing as it's a static vest. If I'm not mistaken the Mo-FOCR is supposed to become standard issue in the Canadian military after they pull out of Afghanistan so i would buy one of those.
