I love Chicken Wings. There are a few problems with Chicken Wings, however. Chicken Wings are a bitch to make, messy as hell, and honestly don't leave you with much meat when you factor in the bone. This is the solution I came up with.
If you want Buffalo Chicken that is easy to make (this will take 15-20 minutes and ANYBODY can do it), but is also delicious, mess-free and comes with a lot more meat to boot, try out my recipe!
You're only going to need a few things:

A bag of Tyson's "Grilled and Ready" Chicken Breast Fillets (My personal recommendation, they're lean as hell and have a LOT of protein. They taste good too, and you only have to stick them in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.)

A bottle of Frank's RedHot ORIGINAL Cayenne Pepper Sauce (Again, this is what I use in this recipe. Obviously, the spicier the sauce you use, the spicier your wings will be.)

Some butter (or a substitute if you don't want/have butter)

Blue Cheese for dip (I use Marzetti Blue Cheese, it's REALLY good. You don't really need this, but Blue Cheese makes Buffalo ANYTHING taste even better)

Some kind of "anti-stick" cooking spray. I use PAM. This isn't really necessary, but you might have a harder time without it.

Some sort of pan, a microwave, and an oven (if you don't have these idk how you plan on cooking anything)

Plastic Wrap (so your microwave doesn't get all messy)

A knife and a fork
Keep in mind, this recipe is going to be using my ingredients and the directions for those exact ingredients. Follow the directions for yours if you use any substitutes.

Now, onto the actual cooking!
The first thing you need to decide is how much chicken you actually want to eat. I was pretty hungry at the time, so I used four chicken breasts. Straight out of the bag, they look like this:
Put some plastic wrap over them, and put them in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. I'm using four breasts, so I put them in for 4:30. Out of the microwave:
Take a knife and fork, and cut the breasts into strips the best you can:
...then cut them in half again to make cubes:
Leave the chicken out to cool. Take your pan, spray the inside with your anti-stick spray, and put it on a burner on your oven. Set it to LOW heat. Take some butter (I eyeball it, for four breasts I use a bit less than half a stick) and melt it in the pan. If you hear it sizzling, you should lower the heat. You don't want it to burn, you just want to melt the butter.
Take your hot sauce and mix it in with the melted butter until you get a nice orange color. To get that color, you need more hot sauce than butter. IF YOU'RE USING FRANK'S, DON'T USE THE RECIPE ON THE BOTTLE. That's WAY more sauce than you're going to need! Experiment until it looks something like this:
Put the chicken into the sauce mixture:
Stir the chicken well. You're going to want them to be a nice orange color as well. If they aren't coating well, you might not have used enough hot sauce; you can put a little more on the chicken if you need to. They should look something like this:
At this point, you're done cooking. Pour the chicken and all the sauce into a bowl. Take the blue cheese and put it in a smaller bowl for dipping.
Congratulations, you're done! Enjoy!
