I'm planning to go visit a girl in London this autumn, and it just so happens that she's Jewish.
We both really like each-other, and she doesn't mind that I'm myself not of Jewish heritage.

She has said she's Jewish more because of tradition than because she's religious, and that she's not very strict about what she eats. She has for example told me that she still likes bacon, and shellfish. However tradition has still left some marks on her tastes, so she is not too fond of food blended with dairy products, pork other than bacon, and food with blood in it/served rare.
She has however stated that there is a small chance that she could consider food cooked with dairy products in it.

So could anyone experienced here perhaps give me some advice on what kind of food I could make her if we meet?
I am very fond of this girl, and although I am a terrible chef I would like to turn that around and try to make a good impression on her

    Edited:

Note also that she has told me she's not good at cooking either, so I figure if she visits I want to be able to treat her to something at least if we'd get hungry.

Try looking around at these places, if you're not sure about what meats are good there are a lot of good vegetarian recipes as well:
