I weigh 146 now, I've been dieting on a 1200-2000 calorie (Depending on activity level) a day diet since January 2nd.
My friend is 1 inch taller than me weights 150, and has a very low body fat percentage.
I weigh myself in the morning when I first wake up and when I don't there's about a 3-5 lbs difference, for instance if I weigh myself right after dinner that day.
So even if he were to weigh himself in the morning, he would probably weigh just as much as me.
And my scale is not broken, I weighed a 10 lbs weight, and the scale was 10lbs spot on, added a 2 1/2 and it was 12.5 exactly.
So is there any explanation to this? What else would make him weigh more other than fat?
