I have 2 gb of RAM, not the best, but the rest of the pc is fine, I can play Crysis 2, Crysis, Bad company 2, ARMA 2 and most new games fine.

All I know of is creepers, they become Electrified Creepers. Their blast radius is huge.

Unzip the file you've downloaded, and extract it to the "saves" folder under ".minecraft". This is usually C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\sav es
Keep in mind that AppData is a hidden folder, so if you haven't, disable hidden folders in folder options.

Ninjarooster, it's random. I couldn't tell you the specific numbers, the wiki only states that is "is rare and doesn't occur very often".

Mezmer, no. You can plant anywhere.

Does it take a complete supercomputer to host a server? I have an okay one that can run minecraft fairly well with a little lag, but I was just wondering if I got the server software, would I be able to host a server well without my computer spontaneously combusting?

delete your minecraft folder, if that doesn't work then I have no idea.

So, my army of wolves has stopped attacking.

I attack spiders and sheep and they just walk around.

I attacked some squid but didn't kill them, they also don't react to them now (they used to, I went to sleep with them hovering above the squid pack in the water), is that the source of the problem? I don't want to kill them, 4 spawned in this little puddle near my house.

You have to kill the squid or walk far away so they teleport to you.

They did, they teleported then went back in to fight. Then I slept and they stopped.
