After having read a lot about pixel art I've finally gotten the courage to make one, it was as a response in fast threads where someone "made" a get out-rating (he just resized the old frog) so I took it upon myself to show him how it's done.

Someone asked me to edit some of my older sprites into a "bird-spider" for them, so I did
I probably wouldn't use that grainy shading style any more, it was meant to simulate swirling shadows or something dramatic like that but really it just looks (and is) pretty lazy. Had to keep using it to fit in with the old style though!

That tank looks really, really off balance.

Instead of opening up the biggest size canvas you can drawing a tank on it, just experiment a little with less ambitious projects until you get the hang of it.
