This is a new up and coming hip hop group. Right now it's a bit in the obscure age, but goddamn is this some crazy shit.

First mixtape called "Exmilitary" is free: http://thirdworlds.net/files/Death Grips - Exmilitary.zip

Get it if you dare. :smug:

They have a few music videos too.

    Bit mental really.

It's not for the faint-hearted because this can make you feel a bit out of sorts. The guy screams into the microphone and then music is then forced around it in this ridiculous way. Some great samples here, especially how it starts with a Charles Manson interview.

I don't know much about who is in the group or how it started... it's just a big ambiguous at the moment.
    Decent review of it.

Can't deny that he knows his stuff. When it comes to hip-hop, he knows it... when it comes to folk.. he knows it.. and he can include some great recommendations too. He's not patronising and trying to twist you into the review like most try and do.

    My favorite song is Takyon

That "you need to vibrate higher" part of Culture Shock just sounds so silly crazy like they had some slow kid try to explain multiple dimensions to you

This music is kind of "stark" and "noisy" if you get what I'm saying.

It's like the opposite to smooth soul. :3:

Listening to this is making me realize I love glitch. Though for some reason it won't scrobble for me on my Last.FM.

Edit: I am being a derp with my music player.

My Last.fm is being horribly laggy with scrobbles right now, too. It'll probably post everything later on.

I've listened to the album probably more than I should have. It appears it's overtaken Marvin Gaye in my Last FM :smith:

No it's 3 guys. The only person whose named is the drummer, I don't know who the rapper is and there is someone else involved in the glitchness too.
