    The folder is right, though. I know that. :P
    If that don't work, all I can say is that is really odd and might need a bit more diving into (like try have it replace another sound, like startup).
    TF2 isn't exactly strict when it comes to sound replacements.

    An update:



    Tilted it the best i could to reach the brows as much as i could. I feel that covering his eyes is just silly and ridiculous for this hat. I am considering on making a sunglass to accompany this hat (top gun anyone?) but i will have to optimize this hat a bit since its already at 1000 tris. Planning this for the soldier, medic, heavy and sniper.
    Ugh. Try making the cap larger, or look at different styles of garrison cap. Many caps don't point as much, or are actually supposed to be larger on the brown to cut straight across.

    get the soldier in edit mode, select one of the verts on the helmet and hit ctrl + L, then hit X and vertices and the helmet will be gone.

    Just delete the helmet...?

    Edited:

    Hopefully you're not expecting too much, it was mostly viewmodel-exclusive and bugged somewhat, but it might be one way to figuring out how to get the muzzle flash back, viewmodel and world-wise.

    It looks fine, but the holes in it should be alpha-ed so that what ever wall texture its on you can see it in the holes.

    I'm having problems skinning an item. I've tested it using HLMW and the skin appears fine. I test it in game on itemtest, and it works fine... until I load bots. At which point it's invisible until I kill an enemy holding it, and the weapon becomes visible.

    Parazit and I are working on this beauty. Textures for the upper part of the bat seems finished, the other need more work. And i fucked up something because even tough model viewer loads 2 vmt, it only show the blu textures
