I have one, but it looks like that the white edges on sheets of paper are actually overlaying the image, as in if I cut them out then the line between sheets of paper would be a little offset, nothing much, but I'm not sure which way it would look better.

I guess the next image I'll do, I'll cut the edges off :)

Also, is it just me that finds the white lines from the margins of each piece of paper oddly charming? It gives it a sort of style as opposed to just being a large image spanning multiple sheets of paper.

Every printer does that.

It's a safety mechanism so that the printer wouldn't print on itself accidentally.

Yeah but I noticed it leaves out some dots so I can't even cut the edges. Or does the program do that?

The edges look cool. what are you bitching about, also I found an black ink, i wanted color, but w/e Going to buy more ink, and its only $11 for namebrand, yay for my cheap printer that has good quality.

Pro tip: Instead of paying $300 on ink for your home printer, put the image files on a usb and go to your local kinkos/copy shop and print them out there for cheap.

I worked at the office max copy center. Printing at a store is a death wish to your wallet in comparison to buying ink and paper for your own printer, the only reason the service is so prevalent, is A: people are strapped for time and just want to dump their jobs off and pick them up all neat and organized later, and B: people don't have their own printer (or are computer illiterate) and have no other choice.

Smaller dots, of course. More detailed. And 5 cm, are you joking? I chose 5 mm as max dot size, on a 6x4-pages rasterbation.

here's the turnout:

once again excuse the poor quality. I used 2mm dots and it turned out to be a pretty good quality. can't quite read the aperture logo but it gets the job done. in the pic it doesn't look like you can see the aperture behind the stick figures but you actually can, its just lighter grey.
