Damn that just spoiled the mystery of cicero for me.
Damn that just spoiled the mystery of cicero for me.
the fuck how do i keep missing this shit
Well your eyes are facing two different directions, so that could be your problem.
Is it bad that all my companions are dead?
Edited:
And does anyone else like to run naked across tables knocking off all the food?
No, That would be very unorganised and messy.
I wish Delvin and Vex let you choose which city your job was in.
Is your name Zaeed by any chance?
Couldn't agree more. It was fun in Oblivion to go around and have my own special sword that only I would use, instead of some generic broadsword or whatever.
In Skyrim we get a few unique weapons, like Ebony Blade and Mace of Molag Bal, which both (particularly the mace) look like something off of Skyrim Nexus.
I'm so sneaky I sneak killed a dragon. Walked behind the word wall where it was sitting and did 15x damage to its tail. It flew around for a bit then landed, I repeated this. Only took 3 hits.
Yeah it's streamlined so much. Probably gonna buy it for PC once the DLC is out and there are mods that make it more in-depth.
people always say earth instead of nirn
I like the color scheme, but those high-tech metals should be removed and replaced with something more traditional. Ebony, maybe?
funy skyram
What are staves good for? Are they something most people abhor?
It looks too clean. All the other armor in skyrim is a little pitted and scarred from battle and forging. Although it's not a stretch to say the dwarves came up with some sort of super metal, it still looks out of place. I agree with you on the high tech material look. Maybe it's because of the unexplained two toned metal and shiny surface.
Vorstag is such a letdown. he looks like Ahnold/Conan incarnate, but when he opens his mouth nothing but terrible wispy voice acting comes out
"divinshes shmile on you, frheind"

They are a good sidearm for pure mages, or you can just give powerful staves to shitty companions like Lydia and they'll be a walking apocalypse.
Their effeciency is affected by the corresponding magic skill, so destruction staves are great for people skilled in destruction.
It's January 2012, where is creation kit?
Does this game really have less unique loot than Oblivion? I feel like both games have little. Off the top of my head the only non-Daedric unique weapon I remember from Oblivion is Umbra.
Then Conjuration has no point does it? If they can be dropped at the tip of a hat, then what's the point.
Once again the Skyrim guide has saved me from quest glitches. It has made my life 110% easier. It makes me feel bad, just looking at it.
Dremora Lords.
1) lose better faces, default faces look better. Get the morrowind code path and unofficial path for a tonne of bug and gameplay fixes. Search around, the mod selection for MW is gigantic.
2) Focus on 1 or 2 combat skills, 1 close-up (long or short blade, axe, blunt), 1 longer distance (marksman, spear etc.). Add some magic if you are going a wizardly route, or some stealth and security for a thief. If you try to spread your skills in morrowind you will end up useless in everything.
3) Join whatever guild you most fit in with, and progress to get loot and such, later on join one of the great houses, all are good options, though each are geared somewhat to particular types. Hlaalu is thievish, Redoran is warriorish, Telvanni is mageish. There is also the Morag Tong (assasins), Imperial Cult and Legion, Tribunal Temple, East Empire Company and the 3 vampire clans (beware that if you progress to a certain point in the fighters guild you won't be able to join the thieves and vice-versa I think, just a heads-up). The guilds all have a buttload of quests to do, I don't think I've ever finished the majority of them.
4) The main story is good, but a long haul, and you will often have to stop to work on your skills in order to easily progress.
5) Explore and enjoy I suppose
Oblivion seems to at least have a lot more unique weapons. Seems like the only ones you can get in Skyrim are the Daedric Prince ones.
For any of you that haven't seen it, the mod JaySuS swords adds a lot of semi unique weapons to the game. They can be crafted and added to leveled lists with an included BAT file. I think he plans on adding some of the more special ones to dungeons and boss loot lists when the creation kit comes out.

I wonder if anyone has mad a mod that replaces all dragons with Spyro.
Where the fuck can I find something that has the buff carry weight enchantment on it that I can disenchant to learn the enchantment?
You can't disenchant Thieves Guild armors.
I got this exclusively for the argonian blade :V
Well, there's one for Odahviig:

"I WORK WITH MY MOM MOST OF THE DAYS-"
DEATH
what's that symbol on the wall there mean?
I've seen it and other symbols around on buildings and stuff and I've been wondering
They're called Shadowmarks, and they're used by the Thieves Guild:

Which is better dragon armor for the heavy armor stats, scale or bone?
Bone.
FFFFFF
Seriously, he's like my favorite of the Daedric Princes. He reminds me of Craig Ferguson.
Bone of course. Though generally if you got your smithing to a level that high you probably have the money for daedric (Which is really not that expensive, you can get the materials pretty easily) (One orc encampment has enough for a full set and weapons, and for the daedric hearts do the daedric quest for Mehrunes Dagon, kill the dremora, take their hearts, wait a while, repeat )
So far the only unique, non-Daedric items in Skyrim I've found are Red Eagle's Bane and Targe of the Blooded.
He reminds me of george carlin
god damn i want a mod that makes heavy and light forms of all armor.
i want some light ebony armor god damnit
I haven't found many unique items (even daedric ones) that have been worthwhile. They've all been much weaker than improved daedric.
Does it bother anyone else that Wuuthrad is so underpowered and un-upgradable?
Edited:
When the creation kit comes out the first thing I'm going to do is make myself a house where I can put every set of armor I own on display in a long hallway. Maybe extend the home in Whiterun underground dramatically
