Made an omelet. Tasted great. Been looking forward to making an omelet all day. I usually do it when everyone has gone off to bed, so I don't feel compelled to make more for everyone

3 grilled cheese sandwiches using herb sundried tomato bread and swiss cheese. Oh and a grilled garlic bread cheese sandwich. I probably had 7 slices of cheese.

My brother is the one that cooks cheese cakes, so I can't say exactly what to improve on, but just keep trying. His used to look like that when he was little, it takes pratice.

Tried to make a simple cheesy omelet, it turned into cheesy scrambled eggs. Added a toasted cranberry bagel with butter.

Good stuff, but I don't feel good about being unable to make an omelet without screwing it up

Don't worry, about 80% of my omelets have turned into scrambled eggs
I think there's a nack to making them that I just don't have.

definitely overcooked - but new time it might also need turning mid bake to make it evenly cooked based on that picture

Breakfest with separated condiments? Fuck that. We put steak, stuffing, bacon, and later on eggs to make a breakfest log.
