Upper right hand corner it says "Share". Click that, say whatever you want in the box, then add emails that are Gmail addresses into the box and click the email to add it, then share it. They should get an email in which they can join.

I keep having to change my password because I forget what it is. My favorite password is only seven numbers long but it MADE ME use letters and than it told me my password was too short so it's some long obscure password.
