The first thing I'm doing as head-honcho is giving DanielRatherman a long overdue promotion to Loremaster.

To celebrate, have a WIP political map of the new map, cred goes to the new loremaster:

I'm going to save somebody the time of having to tell you this, but you have to clarify you have read and accepted the rules in your post.

Have you ever wanted to be short, hairy and eternally drunk? Well now's your chance, you lucky git!

This is for the next map, so get your names in early. You can submit your name through Steam or a PM as well, if you want to be all secretive about it.

Loved how the map takes shape, waiting for the final result. We should get a Steam Group to chat in and place events and such.

And nothing of value was lost

In all seriousness, the admins did not grief you, they filled your rule-breaking mine, there's nothing wrong with doing that.

The only thing the "corrupted admins" has done to you is filled your 1x2 mine and told you to not make "waterwalls" because this is a roleplaying server. That's some heavy griefing.

Well I think we learned a valuable lesson today, twelve year olds can't RP.
Also, I'd like to join the fortress, can characters from the current map go to the new map?

They can, but they have no memory of previous events, including friendships and enemies.

According to Soyuz the political map is WIP, so you can't choose a place yet.

Well, some are but in the case of the Fortress it wouldn't really make sense. You could keep your character but either way, I doubt you'll be able to keep your inventory so you may as well make a new character if you're trying to preserve that. Also, which house were you looking to join?

Not to offend, but you seem to be completely ignoring the fact that the map is not even finished.

It should also be noted that the flatness is intentional, after all, they are plains, and we all agreed it adds a more fantasy feel.

We had generated the map a few times and on one iteration we ended up with very steep peaks and very small flat areas, sort of a cartoony styled RPG world. It was quite cool, just if you find that interesting.
