So a while ago me and my friends were chillin at this girls house drinking vodka, and smoking joints. I don't usually get to trashed but it was a special night (we were celebrating something) so I said fuck it and hit the vodka like a champ.

Instead of sipping shots from the bottle I took chugs, and after about an hour I was fffffffffffucked up, like the most drunk I've ever been everything was fucking spinning and I could barely stand up, I was laying down waiting for a joint to get rolled when my other friend starts fucking with me. I get hit in the nose on accident and was like whatever and kept laying down. I think I got a bloody nose and was too drunk to realize it because I was laying down and all the blood was like dripping down my throat into my stomach.

Well that shit made me puke, it was scary as fuck though throwing up stomach-fulls of blood, I stopped drinking for a while after that...

That sounds like you could have gotten in a serious accident. I'm not sure, but I've heard things dripping from your nose into your throat can cause "drowning" of sorts, a bit like how Hendrix died.

I'd recommend you slow down on the brewskis a bit next time. And, y'know, don't hang around people who punch you in the nose hard enough to give you a nose-bleed when they get drunk, especially not when they're drinking.

What's a quick and easy (also hopefully not painful) method of removing an ingrown toenail? I am not going to see a doctor about it because it's such a trivial thing.

I was thinking of letting my foot soat in some warm water for a while or some shit, and then use nail scissors to cut along the edge of the visible nail where the ingrowth is, then pull it out and hope it doesn't break up inside and the pain not be too much. Any other methods though? I don't have access to nail scissors, or any scissors small enough to do this.

Not sure man gotta be careful or it grows back defeating the purpose of DIY, go buy some kit if possible.

If you were running around, maybe you sat down for a minute and got up too suddenly. That can screw with your blood pressure and create the effects you've described.
It's wierd because thats the only time thats ever happend to me. Now when I get up suddenly after sitting for a while the most that I notice is that my vision gets a little fuzzy for a few seconds. Nothing like that ever happens.

Maybe you were on a sugar high when you were young? That seems like something that could affect your blood pressure.

I'm having lots of vertigo and I don't know why, last night I noticed something just felt odd with my right side of my vision / hearing but everything was working right, and today I woke up and had a hard time walking in a straight line, I keep turning to the right.
    help
I read that ear infections can cause this, do ear infections always have to be painful?

    Edited:

I think it's my sinus' actually, now

That does sound like an ear infection, yes. I'm not sure if that itself might be causing the pain, or something else.

Why do you think it's your sinuses?

You should go to a doctor ASAP. The more time you wait, the worse it gets.

Maybe just a pulled muscle. How hard did you hit the ground?

On to my own problems, I seem to have a small amount of black skin connected to my big toe. It fell off, and it would seem there's more in the crevice between my nail and the actual toe. It would also seem there's some very sticky substance covering the black flesh.

    Necrosis?

Probably not but if it is that's not something you'd want to wait on for even a second.

Seems like it. The skin was oddly yellowed beforehand.

It's not particularly big, about the size of a quarter of a thumbnail. It's not getting any bigger, though I've started to lose feeling in that part if my toe where it used to hurt like a bitch when I hit it.

    'Kay.

    Edit:

After further examination, it would seem the scab-like formation was exactly that - a scab. The black skin seems to have gone, and all that remains is a rather large blister which I can only assume will eventually be repaired. I can only imagine what the sticky substance was - heavily congealed blood? Puss?

Speaking of hemorrhoids, tonight, I took a very painful shit. Not a massive shit, just really painful, and there was some blood. Now I can't sleep because my ass hurts so much. I would describe it as a "throbbing" pain. This, at once, both somewhat hilarious and incredibly shitty, pun completely intended.

sounds like a hemorrhoid...A way to check, and a kind of awkward way to check is to bend over in front of a mirror and look at it, and see if something looks as if its poking out.

A way that might not require you to bend over and stare at yourself would be to chill out for 5 days or so, don't do any strenuous work, no exercising or stressful activities and eat a decent amount of wheat and see if it goes away. if it doesn't go check with your doctor so he can stare at your ass.

    You have brain damage
    take an aspirin immediately.

    Edited:

    Oh, you're bleeding?
Stuff as many aspirin pills into the wounds as you can - aspirin is an 'anti' coagulant so it should dissolve the leak and stop the coagulation of your blood out of your respiratory system.

When I was a kid I cut my finger to the bone playing on the car. Stupid sharp metal bit.

I got a bandage and it healed

    Edited:

Then again at that age, to the bone isn't actually very deep, but it's still scary.

I didn't actually see the bone, but with the dept of the cut I know it was around there.

Why when I eat some of the fruit (mostly caused by apples, pineapples, pears, plums, peaches AND nuts, in my throat and inside my mouth everything fucking tickels too bad. I stopped eating apples because of this.
Same things happen to me when I eat most fruits/vegetables. Also, when I eat chicken. But chicken is worst because my food-throat kinda swells-up or something. And I can barely swallow stuff. Even water is hard swallowing. Anyone heard of this before?

Go to a doctor right now. Or if not, make sure to do it properly and immediately.

I got one as a kid. I tried to remove it myself, then waited too long to do anything about, and it got infected. There was a literal bubble of blood-scab-skin-stuff curling over my nail. Someone had field day on it and the nail with a pair of scissors and a bottle of hydrogen peroxide, and it was the most painful experience in my life.

This is embarassing. My penis has been leaking a bit of pre-cum, I think. It happens randomly throughout the day--out of nowhere. It doesn't penetrate my clothing or any shit but It just hangs there in my hurner-werner. This is really inconvenient, and uncomfortable. Help?

My dad got his wrist cut open by accident. A piece of metal hit him from his drill thing. The skin pulled back and he watched the muscles moved as he moved his fingers and he sat there watching it as he was taken to the hospital.
    That would have been strange.
