Literally the only things I drink are grape juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, apple juice, and chocolate milk. All of it is organic and all that crap, and not the ones that had arsenic in them. Is this bad? Can you have too much juice?

EDIT: Also, I have one or two sodas a week, and a fuckton of water on school days, because the water tastes really good there for some reason.

you can OD from Vitamin C. Not sure the amount needed (that's a good question for Google).

Vitamin C pills as a dietary supplement have "1000% DRV" of Vitamin C, so just keep track of exactly how much Vit C is in each drink and how much you intake daily.

    Edited:

http://thevitaminsource.net/can-you-...-on-vitamin-c/ has more information than I care to read, second result on a google search. The first few lines talk about the upper limits of what your daily intake should be in terms of grams.

It is comparatively really hard though, seeing as it's highly soluble and any excess is going to be leaving your body fairly rapidly.

I've had heart palpitations for a long time now, borderline arrhythmia but not as extreme. I've never really had an issue with them; just put my hands on the back of my head, deep breaths and sit down and eventually my heart will go back to beating correctly, leaving me with a sharp pain as it returns to normal while the pain subsides. Recently I've noticed that my vision goes kind of red around the edges when this happens, and I'm wondering whether or not it's something to worry about? I'm not exactly broke but I don't want to waste money on a doctor checkup.

i think it's a real shame that some people have to consider the financial outcome of a doctor visit/surgery/etc. when thinking about their health, instead of thinking about their health as the priority.

personally, i would go see the doctor. hearts with potential problems aren't something to ignore. and if you happen to come back with a clean bill of health then it wasn't money wasted, it was money well spent, surely?

This might be some kind of tachycardia, if you want to live, you need to go to a doctor. I know you can't really afford it, but if you want to live, you need to go see a doctor, now.

Go to the doc, they'll probably do a 12-lead EKG on you, which takes minutes to do.
    I wouldn't ignore it though.
Also is your pulse regular or irregular?

Vitamin C is fine I take around 1000MG a day you just have to be careful when you stop taking it. I.e. dont stop the average dose you take over night slowly ween yourself off it as you will be more susceptible to catching coughs n colds etc.

Regular, but then it freaks the fuck out when I have an 'episode'.

Anyway, I followed your advice Autumn, made an appointment and told him. He said the red I'm seeing in the edges of my vision are due to my eyes becoming bloodshot, which could mean a) my condition is slowly becoming worse or b) my heart is healed and my current medicine is causing it. I'm going in for it to get looked at next week, so hopefully it isn't too painful

So I guess it does pay (no pun) to see your doctor.

    So, I got this scar from a knife-stab that happened 11-12 years ago;

    (Picture and quality ala cellphone)
    Not a big deal aight?

But lately, it's has begun to hurt like hell, and I'm getting worried of what it might be. Any suggestions? Oh, and yes, the knife that did a stab was used to carve ice.

If it's free where you live, doctor, due to the fact that you're probably right handed, thus especially interested in having a 100% functional hand. Of course, it could be something totally minor, but if it's free, just take the 5 mins to book an appointment and get it checked sometime soon.

I think there is a problem with my dick. When it gets erect the glans doesn't show up it's just the foreskin still covering it. And my foreskin sits very tight around my penis. I'll draw an informative picture to describe my condition.

It looks like this even when it is erect. In fact, you can't even see the glans when my penis is erect or flaccid.
    You have phimosis.

Say goodbye to your foreskin (and fapping too).

no, he probably googled it and overreacted

The American Academy of Pediatrics and the Canadian Pediatric Society state that no attempt should be made to retract the foreskin of an infant.[16][17] Age is reportedly a factor in non-retractability: according to Huntley et al. the foreskin is reportedly retractable in approximately 50% of cases at 1 year of age, 90% by 3 years of age, and 99% by age 17. These authors argue that, unless scarring or other abnormality is present, non-retractibility may "be considered normal for males up to and including adolescence."[2] Hill states that full retractability of the foreskin may not be achieved until late childhood or early adulthood.[18]
Some pediatric urologists have argued that many physicians continue to have trouble distinguishing developmental non-retractility from pathological phimosis.[3][19][20]
i did a lot of research about this a few years ago because i got a little weirded out, but its perfectly normal
if you pull it back more and more each day for a little while, and you're past puberty, and it still won't retract, then you might have phimosis
but in no way does that mean you can't masturbate, or that you have to get circumcised.

    "The Clean Towel technique"
i don't think this would really work. sure, it would promote slightly cleaner hygiene on your pillow... but other than that it's not really doing anything at all.

the best thing i can suggest is to keep your face clean, by washing twice a day (maybe 3 if you're really greasy, but don't wash it too much or you'll dry it out) and not touching your face.

if you have a greasy face (fairly common with acne i think), i know this may seem contradictory, and you're using harsh cleansers on your face to try and reduce the greasiness you may actually be doing more harm than good! your skin naturally produces oils to keep it hydrated, and as soon as you start stripping away these oils to make your face less shiny then your body just produces even more oils to counteract that!
i used to have sort of greasy skin (not overly, but i feel as a girl less than perfect skin is always more noticeable) so i used to use all the clearasil, super duper FIGHT SHINE products i could fine... and all it really did was initially dry my skin out, and then the grease would set in and it was just.. not good. and to make things worse, when it dried out i used a harsh exfoliater to make it smoother and it just got worse, causing more breakouts and taking much longer for anything to heal.

then i took a bit of advice from my mum, who used to have quite greasy skin, and switched to more natural, much more gentle cleansers. initially i noticed little difference, but after a few weeks my skin was less greasy, and because the cleansers weren't so harsh on my skin, it was smoother and clearer, i was getting far less breakouts and everything. so yeah, although you may think you want to use all the GREASE FIGHTING SPOT REDUCING SUPER AMAZING CLEANSING PRODUCT, maybe try something a little less harsh and see how that works out for you.

and then obviously the "get a good diet and drink plenty of water" advice still stands strong. and if you've been doing this for several months and still haven't noticed any improvement then it might be time to visit the doctor and see if they could help you with any medication.

While circumcision might seem extreme, a lot of doctors / parents vouch for it, because phimosis is chronic (reoccurring) most of the time.
